FOR the KEEPING

Because becoming a mother shouldn't mean disappearing inside motherhood.

The Keeping is postpartum care for the person inside the mother — warm meals made in your kitchen, a home gently tended to, photographs of the life unfolding around you, and someone there to help carry the ordinary things while you find your footing in something entirely new.

This isn't about bouncing back.

It's about being cared for while you become.

More Than a Meal Train

The Keeping is six weeks of in-home postpartum care built around one simple idea: you deserve to be cared for, too.

Each week, I come into your home to cook nourishing meals in your kitchen, tend to the laundry, reset the spaces you've been living in, and make sure there is good food waiting in the fridge for the days ahead..

While I'm there, I'll quietly document the life unfolding around us — the feeding, the holding, the tired mornings, the tiny details, and the ordinary tenderness that is so easy to miss while you're living it.

You don't need to clean before I arrive. You don't need to get dressed. You don't need to make your home photo-ready or turn any part of this into a photoshoot.

You keep the baby. I'll help hold everything else.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’ll need yet. That’s part of what I’m here for.

The early weeks are tender, exhausting, ordinary, extraordinary—and very short.

The Keeping is six weeks of care for your home, your family, and the life unfolding inside it.

Whether this is your first baby or your family is growing again, we’ll shape the care around what your home actually needs—good food, laundry that isn't waiting for you, support for the people already in it, and space for you to settle into this new version of your family.

You don't have to do this all alone.
